Qashio Launches AED 10 Million SME Support Programme in Dubai

Dubai-based spend management platform Qashio has introduced a new initiative to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Dubai with more than AED 10 million in financial relief and business benefits. The programme, titled “Qashio For You”, will run until the end of June 2026 and is being delivered in collaboration with Dubai Chambers.

The launch comes as SMEs continue to play a central role in the UAE economy. According to the announcement, SMEs make up more than 95% of companies in the country and are a major contributor to employment and gross domestic product. Against that backdrop, Qashio said the programme is designed to ease operational and financial pressures for smaller businesses during a challenging market environment.

Programme Features

Under “Qashio For You,” eligible SMEs will gain access to Qashio’s platform without set-up fees. The initiative also includes deferred payment options intended to help businesses manage cash flow more effectively. In addition, participants can earn points that may be redeemed for a range of rewards, including Emirates Skywards Miles, Jumeirah ONE points, uncapped cashbacks, and other benefits.

Beyond direct financial incentives, the programme will also provide educational webinars and resources focused on strengthening financial resilience, improving cost control, and helping SMEs navigate current market conditions. Qashio said a dedicated community channel will further support engagement through events and knowledge-sharing designed to assist business growth strategies.

Leadership Comment

Armin Moradi, Founder and CEO of Qashio, said the initiative is intended to help businesses access liquidity, maintain control over spending, and receive tangible rewards while managing cashback opportunities.

“In challenging market conditions, access to liquidity, control, and tangible rewards while managing cashback can make a measurable difference to how businesses operate and come out of the other side of this resiliently and stronger,” Moradi said.

Qashio noted that all of its technology is developed in Dubai, underscoring its connection to the local business ecosystem. The company said the programme reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs in the emirate.

The initiative also highlights the role of public-private collaboration in strengthening Dubai’s SME landscape. As the emirate continues to position itself as a hub for entrepreneurship and innovation, programmes such as “Qashio For You” may contribute to the wider effort to improve business resilience and support long-term growth.

Industry Analysis

Qashio’s programme arrives at a time when SMEs are facing heightened pressure to manage costs, preserve liquidity, and sustain growth. By combining financial relief, platform access, and educational support, the initiative reflects a broader fintech trend toward embedding business support tools into everyday financial operations.

For Dubai’s SME sector, such programmes can help reduce friction in access to working capital and operational services while also encouraging stronger financial discipline. The collaboration with Dubai Chambers further suggests that stakeholder partnerships remain an important part of efforts to support small businesses across the UAE.
